Dear Guests!

 

 

It is important to us that you feel comfortable with us during your stay. We will do our best to ensure that no circumstances will disturb your peace. If, despite our efforts, you notice any issues that you are not satisfied with, please contact the host.

 Check-In / Check-Out:

As the guest house does not have a permanent reception, it is only possible to occupy accommodation on the day of arrival from 15:00 at the earliest until 19:00 at the latest. You must leave the house no later than 10:00AM on the day of departure. In case of a longer stay, if there is a need and possibility, it is possible at an additional cost (for 50% of one night) after consultation! Our guest house is a family business, our working hours are varied, (mostly adjusted to the arrival time of our guests), so when at departure we may not be able to escort our guests, so we apologize! 

It is possible to bring pets after prior consultation with the accommodation provider, the daily fee is HUF 5.000 / night. In all cases, we ask the owner of the animal to bring a supporting document for the pet, together with any additional equipment that will ensure its safety.

Payment:

The accommodation fee and the tourist tax will be paid upon arrival after filling in the check-in form. If you leave the accommodation for any reason before the end of the period you have booked in advance, we will not be able to reduce or refund the accommodation fee.              

Smoking:

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (terrace grill). We respectfully ask our smoking guests not to scatter the butts in the yard and in the area of the guest house, but to collect them in the trash or ashtray. Smoking is NOT allowed in the building!

Use of equipment:

Please use the equipment as intended! The furnishings and equipment of the rooms, including towels, blankets and bed linen, are not allowed outside the house! The furniture can only be rearranged with the consent of the owner. The rooms will be inspected on arrival and departure and any damages will be deducted from the guest on site. We respectfully ask you not to smear insects to the wall surface.

Cleaning:

The rooms are handed over to the guests clean and tidy. No cleaning during the stay. Bed linen change once a week for stays longer than 7 days. Of course, we will meet other needs at an additional cost.

Handling of Garbage/Waste:

It is possible to collect household rubbish in the rubbish bin located in the kitchen (a bag for kitchen rubbish is in the cupboard). In case of full rubbish: If this happens during your stay, please place the filled bag next to the house. Clean trash can in the kitchen drawer.

Meals:

The guest house has a self-catering, well-equipped kitchen. Do not place metal objects in the microwave. Please do not eat in the rooms!

 Tap water is not drinkable, but it is completely suitable for everything else. Our guests can find drinking water / mineral water in and next to the refrigerator. If necessary, a public, free-to-use drinking water well is located ~ 400 m from the house.

Fireplace&grill:

In order to light a fire, a permit must be requested, and the use of a garden fireplace must be agreed in advance. Without these, we may not be able to provide the necessary resources. A fire may be placed only at the designated fire place from the designated log, in still air, equipped with a bucket of extinguishing water. After the fire, we ask the guests to  pour water on the embers.

Locking the property and the building:

When leaving and for the night, please close the gate and lock the entrances to the building! The exterior doors of the building can be locked after the handle has been pulled up. Please be very careful with the keys.

IMPORTANT!
The cameras installed in the house are disconnected from the power supply during the stay.
They cannot be turned on in any way, they only work when the guest house is empty.

Miscellaneous:

To Ensure the tranquility of the area, in the guest house from 22:00 to 08:00 to play loud, music or to be overly noisy is prohibited. Due to the guests non-compliance with the law, a measure can be taken against the accommodation provider, so the infringer is obliged to reimburse the costs thereof. This measure may result in a complaint and other proceedings

In the guest house, after consultation with the owner, guests have the opportunity to receive visitors only in the common areas. Visitors staying past midnight will be charged the current accommodation fee, but a minimum of HUF 15.000.

Please note that the owner is not in a position to accept liability and compensation for damages resulting from events beyond his control (eg natural disaster, hail, fire, power failure, etc.). There is no first aid in the area of the Guesthouse, we do not take responsibility for accidents or insect bites.

We do not permit the charging of ElectricCars from the network.

The owner reserves the right to remove scandalous, non-compliant guests from the guest house immediately.

When leaving the house, please make sure that the air conditioning, electricity are switched off and the water taps are closed.
