We truly care about making your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. We do our best to
ensure that nothing disturbs your peace and comfort during your time with us. However, if you
notice anything that causes discomfort or does not meet your expectations, please don’t

Check-in / Check-out

As the guesthouse does not have a 24-hour reception, check-in is available between 3:00 PM
and 7:00 PM at a pre-agreed time. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
If you’d like to stay longer and availability allows, we’re happy to offer a late check-out for 50%
of the nightly rate. As this is a family-run business with a flexible schedule, we may not always
be available in person to see you off—thank you for your kind understanding!
If we are not present at the time of check-in/check-out, keys will be provided via a key safe. The
code will be sent via email or SMS after your NTAK registration.

Pets

Pets are welcome upon prior agreement with the host. A fee of 5,000 HUF/night/pet applies.
Please make sure to bring your pet’s relevant documents and any accessories needed for their
safety and comfort.

Payment

The accommodation fee and tourism tax are payable upon arrival, after completing the
registration form. If you choose to leave before the reserved period ends, unfortunately, we
cannot refund any portion of the payment.
A 25,000 HUF security deposit is required at check-in. This will be refunded after the property is
checked at check-out, provided everything is in good condition and no damage has occurred.

Smoking

Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas (terrace, firepit). Kindly do not discard
cigarette butts around the premises. Use the bins provided. Smoking indoors is strictly
prohibited.

Use of Furnishings

Please use the furniture and equipment as intended. Towels, blankets, and bedding must not be
taken outside the house. Rearranging furniture is only allowed with the owner’s permission.
Rooms will be checked upon arrival and departure; any damages must be paid for on site.
Please avoid smearing insects on the walls. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
Baby cot, high chair, and baby bathtub are available on request—please let us know in advance
if needed.

Heating & Cooling

Heating and air conditioning are included in the accommodation fee. However, due to rising
energy costs and to keep prices affordable, the maximum guaranteed indoor temperature
during the heating season (Oct 15 – Apr 15) is 22°C. Higher temperatures can be arranged for
an additional fee.
Outside the official heating season, room temperature adjustments are possible based on
weather and prior agreement.
Personal heating devices are not permitted. Using them may result in a 20,000 HUF/day
penalty.

Cleaning

Rooms are provided clean and ready for your stay. No daily cleaning is included. For stays longer
than 7 days, weekly cleaning and linen change are provided.
Extra cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Waste Disposal

Household waste can be disposed of in the kitchen bin (bin liners are located in the cupboard). If
the bin fills up during your stay, please place the full bag in the plastic garbage container
outside the house.
Please use the recycling bins for plastic, paper, and metal waste.

Meals & Water

The guesthouse is self-catering, with a fully equipped kitchen available for your use. Please do
not place metal objects in the microwave, and avoid eating in the bedrooms.
Tap water is not recommended for drinking, but it is perfectly fine for all other uses. Drinking
water is provided in the fridge or next to it.
A public water fountain with drinkable water is located approx. 400 meters from the house.

Campfires & Outdoor Cooking

Lighting a fire requires prior permission and must be arranged in advance to ensure equipment
availability. Fires may only be lit in the designated firepit, with wood provided, under calm
weather conditions, and with a bucket of water nearby.
After cooking or fire use, please remove all waste and extinguish the embers thoroughly.

Transfer Service

Transfers can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Please inform us at least 7 days
prior to arrival with details (date, time, location, number of passengers).

Locking the Property

Please lock all doors and gates at night and when leaving the property. Doors can be locked by
lifting the handle before turning the key. Kindly take care of the keys.

IMPORTANT – Security Cameras

There are three fixed security cameras installed in the house, but they are disconnected
during your stay and cannot be activated. They are only in use when the guesthouse is
unoccupied.

Quiet Hours, Guests, and Conduct

To maintain peace and quiet, no loud music or noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 8:00
AM, indoors or outdoors.
Violations of local laws may result in legal actions and fines, which the offending guest will be
responsible for.
Guests may receive visitors only with the owner’s prior approval, and only in the common
areas. Visitors staying after midnight will be charged the standard accommodation rate, with a
minimum of 10,000 HUF.

Disclaimer

The owner is not liable for damages caused by events beyond their control (e.g. natural
disasters, hail, fire, power outages, etc.). There is no first aid service on-site, and we cannot be
held responsible for accidents or insect bites.
Charging electric vehicles from the house’s power supply is not allowed.

Final Notes

The owner reserves the right to remove guests who display inappropriate or disruptive
behavior or violate the house rules. Before leaving, please ensure that the lights, air
conditioning, and taps are turned off, and that all doors are locked.
IMPORTANT: Please take extra care not to damage or break any plants around the house.
Damaging plants is considered vandalism and may lead to legal action.
